Food supplement based on glutamine, glutamic acid, minerals, vitamins and other nutrients, including chondroitin sulphate and glucosamine, which are key structural components naturally found in animal joints. Particularly rich in molybdenum, which contributes to the normal metabolism of sulphur amino acids, and in vitamins B1, B3, B6, B12 and biotin which support the normal functioning of the nervous system, psychological function and normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B12 and folic acid with zinc are involved in the process of cell division, while together with magnesium and vitamins B3, B5, B6, and C, they contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Manganese also contributes to the normal formation of connective tissues, selenium to the normal maintenance of nails and hair, zinc to that of skin and bone, while vitamin C promotes collagen formation, which is useful for the normal function ofbones and cartilage.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 heaped scoop (7.5 g) diluted in a large glass of water (about 250 ml), one to three times a day at any time (from 7.5 to 22.5 g per day). Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water and then mix. Measuring cup included in the pack. Close accurately after use.
