How to use
We recommend taking 1 level scoop (7.5 g) dissolved in a big glass of water (about 250 ml), one to three times a day at any time (7.5 to 22.5 g a day); better if before or after intense physical activity. Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water and then stir. Measuring cup included in the pack. Close accurately after use.
