How to use
It is recommended to take 1 spray (0.15 ml) one to ten times a day at any time (spray while holding the bottle very close to your mouth). 10 sprays (1.5 ml) contain the following quantities of essential oil (Aetheroleum): 35 mg star anise, 7.5 mg green anise and 7.5 mg fennel.
