How to use
It is recommended to take 1 level scoop (10 g) diluted in half a glass of water (about 150 ml), 1 to 3 times a day at any time (10 to 30 g a day). Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water and then mix. Measuring cup included in the pack. Close accurately after use.
