How to use
It is recommended to take 5 ml in little water, one to four times a day at any time (5 to 20 ml a day). For better sublingual uptake, sip the product gradually. If desired, the daily dose may be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Measuring cup included in the pack. Keep the product out of the refrigerator even after opening.
