How to use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 drops a day of E.O. to be added to a food of your choice or in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking). It is possible to use it externally for relaxing massages by diluting it appropriately in an emollient base, or by adding a few drops of it in aroma diffusers. 2 drops on average contain 87 mg of cinnamon (bark) E.O.
