How to use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 drops a day of E.O. to be diluted in a food of your choice or in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking). It is possible to use it externally for relaxing massages by diluting it appropriately in an emollient base, or by adding a few drops in aroma diffusers. 2 drops contain about 87 mg of common chamomile E.O. Close accurately after use.
