How to use
It is recommended to take 1 level scoop (4.8 g) diluted in a large glass of water (about 250 ml), once or twice a day at any time; stir and sweeten as desired (from 4.8 to 9.6 g per day). Measuring cup included in the pack. Close accurately after use.
