Inositol hexanicotinate is a source of vitamin B3 (niacin), in which six molecules of nicotinic acid are bound to a single molecule of inositol. Vitamin B3 supports the normal functioning of the nervous system, helps maintain normal psychological function, promotes the maintenance of healthy skin and mucous membranes, contributes to normal energy metabolism, and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
