For the preparation of BLACK WALNUT LIQUEUR: We only use green fresh walnuts (unripe fruits). Walnuts, when still tender, are cut into four parts and left macerate in alcohol and in the dark, for one year. Green nut collection implies that Black Walnut Liqueur can be made only once a year. Italian nuts (Juglans regia) are indeed picked up at the end of June, while American ones (Juglans nigra) at the end of July, from plants not treated with pesticides.Metodo Alchemico® Spagirico® (alchemical-spagyric method):

Alcohol purification invented by Dr Giorgini:
It consists of subsequent and repeated distillations, up to 7 or 9 times. Distillation indeed continues as long as you reach the final separation of a volatile salt contained in common distilled alcohol, until you achieve its complete purification.
