How to use
It is recommended to take 1 spray (0.15 ml) one to ten times a day at any time (spray while holding the bottle very close to your mouth). 10 sprays (1.5 ml) contain the following quantities of essential oil (Aetheroleum): 5 mg of oregano, 5 mg of savory, and 5 mg of thyme.
