How to use
It is recommended to take 1 spray (0.15 ml) one to ten times a day at any time (spray while holding the bottle very close to your mouth). 10 sprays (1.5 ml) contain the following quantities of essential oil (Aetheroleum): 7.5 mg of common thyme and 7.5 mg of wild thyme.

Ethyl alcohol (Alcoolvis® = alcohol purified using the method developed by Dr. Martino Giorgini), pure water, essential oil (Aetheroleum) of: common thyme (Thymus vulgaris) leaves and wild thyme (Thymus serpyllum) leaves.
