Inositol, betaine and choline supplement, enriched with vitamins and other nutrients. Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism and to the maintenance of normal liver function; associated with betaine, folic acid, vitamins B6 and B12, it promotes normal homocysteine metabolism*. Selenium contributes to protecting cells from oxidative stress and, with folic acid and vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, it supports normal function of the immune system.. In addition, vitamin B6 contributes to reducing tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 level scoop (5 g) diluted in a large glass of water (about 250ml) one to three times a day at any time (5 to 15 g a day); better if on an empty stomach or about 30 minutes before eating. Measuring cup provided in the pack. Close accurately after use.
